Terms and Conditions are happy to accept orders by fax or by email, prefered payments are cheque, bankers draft (payable to Carpetstyle Ltd). All products are of 1st grade quality and we have been supplying flooring to the retail and trade sector for more than 21 years. Please read the following information carefully.

We do not sell second grade goods. Guaranteed .

Ordering Information
We endeavour, on receipt of an order, to deliver within 5 days, on packaged items. This is not a guarantee. Solid and Engineered woods, Amtico and Karndean have variable delivery times and you will be advised by email. The lead time is an average of 7 days. Carpets are delivered in 3 to 14 workings days

Payment Information
We accept most major credit/debit cards. If you prefer you can telephone your order but we will require written comfirmation to avoid errors. Your information is not passed to a third person. We accept most major credit cards/debit cards at no extra charge.
Bacs transfers take around 4 days to clear into our account - please note goods will not be ordered until monies have cleared.
Cheques take around 10-14 days to clear into our account - please note goods will not be ordered until monies have cleared.

Delivery Information
Delivery is free on orders over £350.00 excluding vat to any Mainland UK Address. Please note there will be a surcharge for Ireland & Scotland and non UK orders. Orders below the value of £350.00 excluding vat are charged at a standard £25.00 plus vat per order. Deliveries are between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Carpetstyle Ltd cannot be held responsible for carrier's timings. All deliveries, due to insurance limitations, are to "kerb side" only; they will not be carried into your premises so please make sure you have adequate help. Please advise if there is any problem with lorry/van access to your property, i.e., narrow lane/weight/width restrictions at time of order. If the carrier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available or due to access problems, you will be charged another delivery charge; where free delivery was applicable you will also be charged the standard rate for redelivery.

Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged/incorrect/missing goods, please make sure you note this on the carrier?s paperwork OR REFUSE DELIVERY; YOU ARE ENTITLED NOT TO ACCEPT GOODS ON DELIVERY IF CLEARLY DAMAGED. All damages, if visible, must be clearly marked on the paperwork, we cannot accept claims if this is not noted on paperwork and was clearly visibly damaged on delivery. If you return an item as "damaged" which is subsequently found not to be you will be liable for the return delivery charge where applicable. We make every effort to deliver our goods in an undamaged condition. Our goods leave us in a fit and suitable state for use as described.

Product warranties differ please read the product details carefully; this does not affect your statutory rights. All inspections are carried out by an independent source and incur an £80 fee, which will be refunded if confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

An order can be cancelled within 7 days, but will incur a 30% handling charge for re stocking and administration costs, if goods have already been delivered we can add a re-delivery charge. will accept whole orders (not special orders) as returned only if they are in original packaging and condition they arrived within 7 days. After 7 days we can refuse to cancel an order.
You are responsible for any costs incurred for returns by your chosen carrier if you have cancelled an order. You must contact us prior to this and obtain a return/cancellation reference number, by email or calling us. If you fail to do this we reserve the right not to accept the return. We accept no responsibility for products once they are installed, where faulty installation and or poor workmanship is as fault. Please note you cannot send part orders back.
Claims for mis-matching or wear and tear damage cannot be made after fitting. We accept no responsibility for third party fitting problems.

There is no return policy on special orders or accessories once orders are placed. If you are telephoning an order the sales assistants will read back your order to you please make sure this is correct.

General Information reserves the right to refuse sale of products mis-priced or mis-described, but we make every effort for this to be correct at all times. However some human error may occur and if this does we will do our best to resolve the problem and refund your money as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee colour or pattern matching and suggest you view a product in person prior to ordering. Contact us for samples. Our site is fully secure and customer information is strictly confidential, we will never pass any details on to a third party. Emails containing attachments will sometimes be refused if they are suspected of containing a virus; you will be contacted in this instance. Emails without attachments are usually accepted without problems.
